Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges

- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached, unworn, and unwashed
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and competition integrity, these items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Tech Suits (including both “Tech Suit” and “Tech Suits” categories)
- Swim Caps
- Swim Secure ❣️ (personal safety items)

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely with:
- Original tags attached
- Original packaging if possible
- A copy of your order confirmation
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Step 4: Processing
Once received at our facility:
- Allow 3-5 business days for inspection
- We’ll email you confirmation when processed
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
International Returns
For our global customers:
